Work and Study Permit

Students who have been admitted to an officially recognised educational institution in Norway, may apply for a residence permit. It is not possible to enter Norway before the application has been approved.

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All documents must be submitted in original and one copy (format letter A4)

1. One new passport size picture with white background (Please mount pictures using adhesive tape or glue)
2. Passport + one copy of applicant's valid passport all pages and previous passports including past visas.
3. Documentation from your school in home country
4. Letter of acceptance from School/University
5. Proof of financial support/scholarship during the study in Norway
6. Documentation on accommodation in Norway

Residence Permit for Work

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

2. Passport + one copy of applicant's valid passport all pages and previous passports including past visas.
3. Birth or marriage certificate
4. Documentation of education/training/work experience translated into English
5. Offer of Employment from Norwegian employer
6. Contract of employment providing the same information as the offer of employment form
