Zubin Potok is a municipality located north of the Ibar river in the northern part of Kosovo, a region that for the time being operates outside the framework of Kosovo institutions. Ambassador Braathu visited Zubin Potok in order to familiarize himself with the local political situation and to view recently completed Norwegian Embassy assistance projects.

Zubin Potok 14.12.2011 – Ambassador Jan Braathu and Mr. Rade Utvic, Director of Agricultural Cooperative “Zubin Potok,” signed an agreement whereby the Norwegian Embassy will partially fund the construction of a refrigerated storage facility for fruit and vegetables in Zubin Potok with €150,000.

A memorandum of understanding between the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and USAID was signed on November 16, 2011 regarding the support of the Norwegian Government to the USAID Model Court program in Kosovo.
