Albanians make up the vast majority of the inhabitants of Kosovo, with 93%, while 5.3 % are Kosovo Serbs. Zubin Potok is a municipality located north of the Ibar river in the northern part of Kosovo, a region that for the time being operates outside the framework of Kosovo institutions.
