A memorandum of understanding between the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and USAID was signed on November 16, 2011 regarding the support of the Norwegian Government to the USAID Model Court program in Kosovo. Norway will contribute 17.6 million NOK (3.2 million USD), over the span of three years.
