SCHENGEN VISA (tourism, business, visiting family/friend)
Schengen visas are short-term visas for up to 90 days. Applicants may stay up to 90 days in Shcengen area in six months period. After a period of 90 days in Schengen, the applicant is not allowed to enter Schengen before a new 90 days period has passed.
A Schengen visa is for the applicants who are going to Norway for tourism, business, family visit etc., when the intention is to return to the applicant’s country of residence afterwards. It is not possible to apply for a Residence permit whilst in Norway with Schengen Visa, nor it is possible to work.
Supporting Documents
A number of documents are required in order to process a visa application. Applicants must bring the complete supporting documents on their date of appointment.
Applicants are advised to read the list of required/supporting documents, as incomplete applications may lead the application being rejected.

All applicants should submit all documents in original and one copy of all these documents
One (1) photo passport size- not older than 6 months
Passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond the duration of visa)+ one copy
Previous passports and previous visas+ one copy
Birth or marriage certificate
Proof of occupation:
If employed, contract of employment and duration of approved leave of absence - translated into English, bank statement for three last months.
If self-employed, business registration certificate and bank statement of income.
If a student, certification from university- translated into English.
If a pensioner, certification for pension-translated into English.
If you are under 18 years of age, please submit:
Birth Certificate
Copy of passport
Copies of passports for both parents
Letter of consent signed by parents, authorising travel to Norway – translated in English
Or Death certificate of one of the parents
All applicants must submit travel medical insurance valid for Schengen area, for the intended stay in Schengen countries.

Application fee for visa: EUR 60,- (adults) / EUR 35 (children aged 6-12). payable by VISA or MasterCard through Application Portal.
Children under 6 years old are free from visa fee.
In case of visa rejection fee is not refundable.
